Mrs. Alice F. Garrett age 81 of Cumberland Gap Tennessee was born December 5, 1939 and passed away December 30, 2020. She was a member of the House of God Worship Center. She was a daughter of the late Arville and Dorothy Raines. She is survived by her: Husband: Herman O.
