Bula Jean Chadwell Taylor

Ms. Bula Jean Chadwell Taylor, born February 15, 1922, in New Tazewell, TN, passed away April 21, 2020, after a brief illness. Bula was the second of four daughters born to Carl and Emma Chadwell. At the time of her passing Bula was the oldest living member of First Baptist Church of New Tazewell. She was baptized and become a member of the church on May 4, 1936. She sang in the choir for many years and was an active member throughout her life. She was preceded in death by: Husband – Douglas Taylor Son – Michael Conrad Taylor Sisters – Eula Collier Moore Elizabeth Chadwell Ellen Ailey Left to cherish her memories are nephews Allen S. Collier, David T. Ailey, and niece Elaine Ailey. Family and Friends will assemble at Fairview Cemetery for graveside services on Friday, April 24, 2020 at 2PM with Pastor Bill Duncan officiating. Church family will serve as pallbearers and provide music. A memorial service will be held at a date to be announced.
