He was a member of Clinch Valley American Christian Church. Cecil proudly served in the US Army from 1948 until 1952. He was preceded in death by his: Father & Step Mother: Gillus and Virginia Pillion Mother: Hazel Mills Pillion He is survived by his: Loving wife: Betty Epperson Pillion of Tazewell, TN Daughters: Gloria and Linda of California Step Sons: Jerry Sowder of Springfield, OH Tommy Sowder of Springfield, OH Keith Epperson and wife Vicki of Tazewell, TN Step Daughters: Bonnie Sowder Clark of Springfield, OH Freda Crutchfield and husband Rick of Smyrna, TN Diane and the late Kenneth Brooks of Harrogate, TN Granddaughter: Amber Brooks Allgood and husband Joey Great Grandson: Jax Harrison Allgood Sister: Lois Pendegraft of Sioux Falls, SD Step Sister: Janice Adams of California And a host of other loving relatives and friends. Graveside services for Mr. Pillion will be conducted 2PM Sunday in the Cave Springs Cemetery with the Rev. Eddie Overholt officiating.
