Charles Humphries

Mr. Charles "Chuck" William Humphries age 70 of Tazewell, TN was born October 7, 1946 and passed away July 19, 2017. Chuck was saved at the age of 21. He always had a smile and ready to witness for the Lord no matter where he was. While in the hospital Chuck was a great witness for Christ and always had a humble attitude. Even up to his passing Chuck was praising our Lord! He was a loving husband, father, brother and friend. Chuck will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved him. He was preceded in death by his: Parents: Lewis and Hazel Humphries Brothers: Carl Humphries, Wayne Moody and Gerald Moody Sisters: Cynthia Franklin, Rita Hinson and Betty Minter Great Grandson: Everett M. Sears He is survived by his: Loving wife: Wilma Humphries of Tazewell, TN Daughters: Kim (Eddie) Thrasher of Pendleton, SC Teresa (Alan) Freeman of Fair Play, SC Sons: Toby (April) Humphries of Anderson, SC Joshua (Melanie) Humphries of Anderson, SC Jonathan (Miranda) Humphries of Lexington, SC Step Son: Robbie Martin of Ewing, VA 15 Grandchildren 4 Great Grandchildren Sisters: Angeline Chambers of Anderson, SC Linda (Tom) Greene of Ooltewah, TN Patricia Ayers of Anderson, SC Brinda Vaughn of Anderson, SC Elaine (Clete) Blackwell of Columbia, SC Brother: Bob (Mary) Humphries of Tallahassee, FL Several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Saturday, July 22, 2017 from 11AM until 1PM with funeral services to follow at 1PM at Twin City Baptist Church with Pastor Todd Peoples and Brother Rodney Ricketts officiating. Music will be provided by Tommy Bartlett and Brother Rodney Ricketts. Burial will follow in the Irish Memorial Gardens.
