Mrs. Della Mae Patterson age 82 of New Tazewell, TN was born March 16, 1938 and passed away Thursday April 9, 2020 at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her: Parents: Arvelee and Bessie Sweet Infant Sister: Mallie Lucinda Sweet Brothers: Jack and Boyd Sweet Sister: Elizabeth Rowe Grandchildren: Jessie Young and Jonathan Young Mother-in-law and Father-in-law: Neva and Jesse Patterson She is survived by her: Husband: Denville Patterson Children: Taylor (Sharon) Bell Nadine (Steve) Hopkins Sue (Jerry) Organ Shelby (Elmo) Smallwood Ashley (Darryl) Lemarr Sisters: Doris (Harold) Cupp Betty (Hollis) Robinson Sister-in-law: Tonya Sweet 15 Grandchildren 25 Great Grandchildren 5 Great-Great Grandchildren Several Nieces and Nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Upon Mrs. Della Patterson’s request she was cremated and a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
