Ms. Etta Lee Barnett, affectionately named “Poodle” by her father, at birth and the name was embraced by her friends and family, went on to be with her Lord and Savior, on December 6, 2020, at the age of 79. Poodle, the youngest of three, born to Estel and Elvia Barnett on November 15, 1941 in Tazewell, TN. She confessed her love for Christ at an early age and was a member of Wallen Ridge Baptist Church. Poodle committed her time to teaching Sunday School until she was needed at home as the primary caregiver of her elderly mother Elvia and brother James. Unable to attend in later years, did not deter Poodle from glorifying God at home. Poodle was preceded in death by her father, Estel Barnett, mother, Elvia Barnett, brother, James Barnett and sister, Mary Evelyn Kyle.
