Evelyn Cupp

Evelyn Cupp age 72 of New Tazewell, TN was born March 30, 1946 and passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at her home with her loving family by her side. 

She was a member of Pleasant Valley Baptist Church and attended Watson Chapel American Christian Church.  Evelyn went to work at Single Knitting Mills when it opened and worked there until it closed in 1999.  

She was preceded in death by her:

Parents:  Hobart and Myrtle Rowe

Sisters:  Opal Swecker, Dollie Ailey and Darcie Jarvis.

She is survived by her:

Husband:  Leroy Cupp

Son:  Adam Cupp

Grandson:  Justin Cupp

Sisters:  Hattie Bible

                Edith Banks

                Glenda England

Several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Monday, November 12, 2018 at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home

From 5PM till 7PM with funeral services to follow at 7PM with The Rev. Tommy Russell officiating.

Music will be provided by Watson Chapel Church Choir.

Graveside services will be conducted Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at 11AM in the Robertson Cemetery.
