Mr. Fred Hopper Mr. Fred Hopper age 90 of New Tazewell, TN was born December 14, 1922 and passed away August 3, 2013. He was a member of Clouds Memorial Baptist Church, and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his: Parents: William Elijah and Etta Belle Hopper 1st wife and mother of his 3 children: Gwendolyn Molly Hopper Daughter: Vina Diana Rhodes Son: Stevie Fred Hopper 7- Sisters 2- Brothers He is survived by his: Wife: Thelma Marie Hopper Son and Wife: William E. and Edith Hopper of New Tazewell, TN Grandchildren: David Hopper and wife Connie of New Tazewell, TN Fred Steven Hopper of New Tazewell, TN Ike Rhodes and wife Tricia of Palos Heights, IL Danielle and Curt Ivins of Plainfield, IL Stevie Shea and Callie Shine Hopper of Maynardville, TN Great Grandchildren: Isaac and Olivia Rhodes of Palos Heights, IL Hannah Jade, Haley Rochelle, Cassie Nichole and Chloe Madison Hopper all of New Tazewell, TN. Madison and Evelyn Ivins of Plainfield, IL Step Grandson: Lonnie Brewer of Tazewell, TN Great Step Granddaughters: Cyndi Johnson and Tabitha Brewer of New Tazewell, TN Great Great step grandchildren: Madison Brooke Johnson and Lonnie Cole Brewer Step Son: Roger Carroll of New Tazewell, TN Step Daughters : Christina Partin of Clinton, TN Darlene Adams of Speedwell, TN Step Grandchildren: Dale Collinsworth, Dustin Partin, Anna Painter, Traci Brooks, Tina Farmer, Teresa Brooks, Terry, Todd, and Tony Carroll and Melissa Daniels A host of many other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Monday, August 5, 2013 from 5PM until 9PM at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 6th at 11AM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Beeler officiating. Music will be provided by the Clouds Quartet. Burial will follow in the Robertson Cemetery.
