Grace Ward England Parks

Mrs. Grace Ward England Parks, age 89, left this temporary home to be with her Lord and Savior January 27, 2022. She was a wonderful mom and granny. Grace and her late husband Tip Parks were the owners of Grace’s Florist in Tazewell.

Mrs. Parks was proceeded in death by her husband Tip Parks. Her parents, Frank and Carrie England, and Maudie Brooks. A host of brothers and sisters. Several nieces and nephews. As well as a great grandson Owen Lee Smith.

She leaves behind her loving family, her children Bill Ward, Larry and wife Diane Ward, and her daughter Dinah and husband Wayne Duff. Her grandchildren, Christy and husband Mike Smith, Peggy and husband Gene Ivy, Billy, Michael, and Cindy Ward, Skyler and Jacob Blakenship. Great grandchildren, Cory, Owen, and Rolan Smith, Aaron and Zachary Ivy, Wyatt, June, and Cooper Blakenship. Her special first cousin Aurthur and wife Lucille Parks

The family will receive friends Saturday, January 29, 2022 from 5 PM till 7 PM with funeral services to follow at 7 PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Overholt  and Wayne Duff officiating. Music will be provided by Pastor Kelly Reed.

Graveside services will be conducted Sunday, January 30, 2022 at 2 PM in the Fairview Cemetery.
