Mr. Lucian Ray Russell age 45 of New Tazewell was born February 23, 1977 and passed away April 11, 2022. He was a member of the Lily Grove Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his:

He is survived by his:

Father: Townsend Russell

Grandmother: Audrey Russell

Sister: Amalie Lopez and husband Rick

Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends

The family will receive friends Thursday, April 14, 2022 from 1 PM till 2 PM with funeral services to follow at 2 PM at the Lily Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Scottie Collins officiating.  Burial will follow in the Lily Grove Cemetery.
