Claiborne - Overholt Funeral Home 1106 Hwy. 33 South New Tazewell, TN 37825 (423) 626 - 2191 Fax (423) 626 - 8440 Norma Jean Combs, age 75, of Hazard, KY formerly of Claiborne County, passed away on April 28, 2016 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Marion Frisby and the late Mary Belle Kilburn. She is also preceded in death by first husband: Jack Eversole and second husband: Pearl Dean Combs; two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by one daughter: Ena Carol Eversole; four sons: Jimmy (Karen) Eversole, Larry Eversole, Jeffery (Londa) Eversole & Charles Dean (Katie) Combs; two step daughters: Jennifer Combs & Hope (James) McDaniels; one step son: Gregory Dean (Jessica) Combs; sixteen grandchildren; sixteen great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 1, 2016 form 12:00 Noon until 2PM with funeral services to follow at 2PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Keck Cemetery on Keck Cemetery Lane in New Tazewell. Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
