Mrs. Patsy K. Fultz age 59 of Tazewell, TN was born February 21, 1954 and passed away at her home on December 23, 2013. She was a member of Swan Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father: Tom Brewer She is survived by her: Husband: Mike Fultz of Tazewell, TN Mother: Jean Brewer of Sneedville, TN Sister: Debbie Horton of Morristown, TN Nephew: Jason Horton of Knoxville, TN Step-daughter: Kristie Jones and husband Jerry "Dockey" Jones of Sneedville, TN Step-grandsons: Blake and Brayden Jones of Sneedville, TN Dear friend: Brenda Buttery of Sneedville, TN And a host of other relatives and friends.
