Mr. Raymond E Russell age 83 of New Tazewell was born November 11, 1937 and passed away May 28, 2021. He retired from K 25 after 25 years of employment and was a member of the Midway Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his:

He is survived by his:

Loving Wife: Christine Russell of 61 years

Son: Rex Russell and wife Sandy

Grandsons: Lonnie and wife Nancy Russell and Matthew Russell

Brothers: Allen Russell and Phyllis

Willard Bill Russell and Kay

Mark Russell and Kelly

Sisters: Linda Stephens and husband Floyd

Carol Burke

And a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends Saturday, May 29 from 1PM until 2PM in the Claiborne Overholt Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Services will follow at 2PM with the Rev. Jerry Epperson officiating. Music will be provided by the Epperson Family. Graveside Services will be at the Lily Grove Cemetery Saturday, May 29, 2021.
