Mr. Robert C. Benge age 49 of Tazewell, TN was born September 28, 1968 and passed away October 28, 2017. The family will receive friends Wednesday, November 1, 2017 from 11AM until 11:30AM wit funeral services to follow at 11:30AM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Bill Duncan officiating. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Cemetery in Harlan, KY. Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home is honored to be serving the family.
