He was a member of Duncan's Chapel Baptist Church. Ray was a self-employed contractor. He was preceded in death by his: Parents: Sterl & Dorothy (Duncan) Honeycutt Brothers: Jim Honeycutt and Shelby Honeycutt He is survived by: Mother of his children: Juanita Bell and husband Jim of New Tazewell, TN Son: Jeff Honeycutt and wife Carmen of New Tazewell, TN Daughters: Wendy Bunch of New Tazewell, TN Holly Honeycutt of Cypress, TX Grandchildren: Daniel Honeycutt, Jesse Honeycutt, Waylon Bunch, Rodney Bunch, Blake Newcomb, Ryan Newcomb, Samantha Atkins and Jacob Campbell Great Grandchildren: Sophia Honeycutt and Joseph Honeycutt Brothers: Carson Honeycutt and wife Nancy of Tazewell, TN Wade Honeycutt and wife Joyce of Tazewell, TN Paul Honeycutt and wife Nancy of Tazewell, TN Sisters: Edith Pressnell of Tazewell, TN Reba Pressnell of Tazewell, TN Several nieces, nephews and a host of other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 10, 2015 from 6PM till 8PM at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, September 11, 2015 at 10AM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tommy Louthan Jr. officiating. Obituary reading by C.B. Duncan. Music will be provided by David and Juanita Honeycutt. Burial will follow in the Irish Memorial Gardens.
