Stanley C Goins

Mr. Stanley C. Goins age 75 of New Tazewell, TN was born May 24, 1945 and went home to be with the Lord on December 13, 2020. He was a veteran on the U.S Army in 1961. He was a member of The Wallen Ridge Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his: Parents: Coy and Vada Goins He is survived by his: Son: Christopher Shawn Goins and Tina Daughter: Glenna Marie Goins Norris and Kalvin Grandchildren: Briane Prescott Queshawa Carter Justin Carter Sisters: Bernice Wilson and Magdalene Patterson Several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends The family will receive friends Thursday, December 17, 2020 from 12 Noon till 1 PM at the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside services will follow at the Fairview Cemetery with the Rev. Preston Thompson and Rev. Eddie Overholt officiating. Music will be provided by Dreelcy Tucker. Pallbearers: Christopher Goins, Wesley Barnett, Richard Barnett, Roderick Tucker, Anthony Hill and Christopher Watterson The family requests that everyone attending to please wear a face covering due to the on going pandemic.
