Mr. Steve E. Fultz age 60 of Tazewell was born April 24, 1960 and passed away June 13,2020 at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. He greatly enjoyed farming and hunting. He was a member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church. He is preceded in death by his: Father: Junior Fultz Grandparents: Singleton and Lydia Rowland Ida Fultz and Clyde Fultz He is survived by his: Mother: Mary E.
