Wandza Louise Johnson

Mrs. Wandza Louise Johnson age 85 of New Tazewell was born November 23, 1934 and passed away November 24, 2019. She was saved at an early age and was of the Baptist faith.

She was the daughter of the late Lee and Cecil Brooks

She was preceded in death by:

She is survived by her:

Her loving husband of 70 years: Andrew “Jack” Johnson

Children: Steve and Debbie Johnson  

                Dave and Cissy Johnson

                Tim and Scarlett Johnson

                Teresa Johnson and Allen Day

Grandchildren: Laura Harrison, Steven Johnson, Jennifer Davis, Jeremy Johnson,

                         Samantha Harvery, Timmy Dale Johnson, Ashley Johnson and Lisa Johnson

Great Grandchildren: Addison, Emery, Ella, Trey, Alyssa and Taylor Harrison, Brooks Davis, Nora Johnson, Nathan Johnson, John Harvey and Samuel Harvey, Dylan Turner, Nolan and Aubery Cupp

And a host of nieces, nephews and other loving relatives and friends

Wandza’s request was to have no flowers for people to give a donation to your favorite church or charity.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 5 PM till 7 Pm with funeral services to follow at 7 PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Louthan Jr. and Rev. Tommy Russell officiating. Music will be provided by Rev. Jerry Epperson and wife Carolyn.

Graveside service will be conducted Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at 10 AM in the Irish Memorial Gardens.
