Mr. Willie Otto "Dick" Fugate Mr. Willie Otto "Dick" Fugate age 86 of Tazewell, TN was born April 8, 1927 and passed away July 17, 2013 at his home with his family by his side. Mr. Fugate was a member of Midway Baptist Church. He was a veteran of the Army-Air Force during World War II. He was preceded in death by his: Father: Harrison Fugate Mother: Lula Mae Fugate Mother &Father-in-law: Cap and Elsie Pressnell 5 brothers He is survived by his: Loving wife of 54 years: Opal Pressnell Fugate of Tazewell, TN Daughter: Sherri Fugate of Tazewell, TN Brothers: Clay and Jr. Sister: Mary Jane Brothers-in-law: Anderson "Tubby" Pressnell and wife Ann Ray Pressnell all of Tazewell, TN Several nieces, nephews, and a host of many other loving relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Thursday July 18, 2013 from 6PM till 8PM with funeral services to follow at 8PM in the Claiborne-Overholt Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Randall Pressnell and the Rev. Ronnie Pressnell officiating. Music will be provided by Nathaniel Pressnell, Chelsea Estes, and pianist Pam Pressnell. Graveside services will be conducted Friday July 19, 2013 at 10AM in the Irish Memorial Gardens with Military Honors.
