Claiborne - Overholt Funeral Home 1106 Hwy. 33 South New Tazewell, TN 37825 (423) 626 - 2191 Fax (423) 626 - 8440 Ms. Wilma Jean Partin, age 81, of New Tazewell was born April 14, 1933 and passed away March 13, 2015 at the Claiborne Medical Center. She attended the Upper Room Ministries. She loved cooking and gardening. She was preceded in death by: Her parents: Orvis and Frances Angel Brother: Evan Angel Two Sisters: Josephine Ellison and Gracie Veach She is survived by her son, Gary Partin, daughter Cindy Duff and husband Wayne, granddaughter Skylar Blankenship and husband Jacob. Great grandson Wyatt Blankenship, the love and light of her life. Sister Sarah Hart. Vickie Rowe, Patricia Rolen and Missy Keck were very special to Wilma. Several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends. The family will receive friends Sunday, March 15, 2015 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Upper Room Ministries with Pastor Ual Russell and Rev Wayne Duff officiating. Music will be provided by the worship team and Deborah Higgs.. Pallbearers: Martin Elder, Jacob Blankenship, Dennis Harvey, Brian Rolen, Casey Sams, and Bubba Sams. Honorary pallbearers: Kenny Keck, Billy Sams, and John Jonakin. Graveside services will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. Monday in the Partin Family Cemetery.
